Default Lights keep not dimming, but brightening???

I thought I had an electrical problem and took my alternator to AutoZone. They tested it and said it's fine. I thought they were full of **** and took it to Advance Auto Parts. They said the same thing. Now that I've reinstalled my alternator, all my lights (head lights, tail lights, interior lights, etc) dim & brighten constantly. In HPTuners, my VCM voltage reads 14.2; before this, it was always between 11.8 and 13.0. The needle on the gauge cluster bounces around a lot and is always above the 13V mark, but mostly on the mark bewteen 13V and 18V. This is not normal and I want to fix it... so what the hell did I **** up?

Oh yes, it's an A4 and there's no aftermarket accessory drawing power except my wideband.
