Depending on what kind of money your wanting to spend i always go with JL Audio. If you have the money JLs are the best bang for the buck. Go with 2 W3 12's 4ohm dual voice coils and JLs 1000.1 amp. This will rock your car like crazy! Run them parallel, this should get you to 2ohms, the lower the ohms the less work for the amp (maroboy28 is correct) which in turn gives you more watts! As for mids and highs, there are all kinds of great quality pics. Just go with your preference. You will need two amps for sure to run lows and highs. Make sure to use at least 4 guage power and ground wires. the bigger the better. Ground wire no longer then 18 inches! hope this has helped
Dude I just installed a Alpine CDE-9852 CD player and it kicks ***...very easy to use and it sounds awesome...only 150 bucks at best buy..I highly recommend it. I wish i would have taken some pics when my system was in but i did not....sorry man.....i got some friends though that have some nice setups in F-bodies.....i'll get some pics for ya.
