I don't think I would do it if I had kids around either. I'll tell you though, it sucks to know that the motor is still strong but the stupid coupler keeps failing. They should probably sell an aftermarket solid state coupler that works (depending on cost). It can't cost more than a motor and I know that alot of people on this board would take it. Autotrix- you hear me?

I thought it was almost too cheap cuz i'm pretty sure they're $50-$60 for an OEM replacement so I looked at the seller's stats and they had a pretty good buyer feedback. I hear ya; No, we arent going to mess with any safety circuits that are built in to the motor. The Autotrix window kit isnt about the speed, its about allowing a window motor to last longer.
