Amp remote with Monsoon HU?

Amp remote with Monsoon HU? Is there a line I can EASILY tap into on the stock head unit (or anywhere really) so I can run a remote line to an amp? I'm replacing my head unit in 2-3 months, but I'm getting impatient having an amp just laying around not getting used. 
I already have some so-so aftermarket speakers in the doors that the monsoon amp doesn't drive well (at least partly because they are 4 ohm), so that's just motivating me even more.
Ideally, I'd like to not have to cut any wires in the factory harness. I guess if it comes down to it, I'll just use a T-Tap connector on the switched power line going into the HU.
