Default Changing mileage on cluster?

heard something about doing it with a laptop? i did the digital ODO conversion in my 94 and this thing has like 150k on it when the car only has around 90k on it really annoying i always think my cars older everytime i start it rofl.. plus if it gets totalled and insurance loosk at it there goes my value

Unfortunally the dealer can only change the mileage for you, i havent heard of anyone outside of a dealership being able to hook up a laptop and change the mileage for you. Call your local dealership and see if they can change the mileage for you it won't be cheap but it will be accurate.

there was a post on here few months maybe a year back if u got a laptop (i do) u can change it easy

Some speedo shops can change digital odometers. They'll charge from $100 to $200+

nope someone said on here awhile ago if u have a laptop u can change the mileage its that easy thats all i need todo

there is a way to with a laptop, actually i know you can with a hand help something...but thats about it...sorry cant help more but dont believe it aint possible

lol this threads going to get locked... yeah theres ways of doing it. on a laptop theres a program that you can get that does it rather quickly.

can someone PM please im not paying the stealer ship $200 todo this... hell my inspection sticker from 1 month ago says 94,000 and now its 150,000 i dont awnt to total the car and get the 150k value nore have insurance get mad due to me putting more then 5k a year
