Monsoon turns on and off
stereo turns on and off while driving or parked. Any ideas? Thanks

Check all HU related wiring first (does the HU turn off as well or just sound?) -- grounds, etc...
Try moving your power windows (assuming you have them) next time -- if they do not move, it is a loose/bad power/ground connection to your BCM, or possibly a faulty/dying BCM....check all connections first before making any assumptions.
