Here's the situation, I was going to work today and it was raining. I shut the car off and the wipers were not all the way down. No biggie. Went to leave and started the car and I turned the wipers off, but they won't go down. They still work but they stop in the upright position that they were left in when I shut the car off in the morning.I tried shutting the car off and starting it back up to see if anything would change.Nothing. Anyone have any ideas?
