Not that I can find. and I don't know where my camera is. I caught that off black camaro.com
Thats a drain tube for the antena. If any water gets in between the antena and the housing it drains it out through that tube and out the pan in the bottom of the spare tire well. Look in the bottom of the spare tire well and you'll see a small weep hole there.

Ahh. That makes sense.
Mine just has grease all over it and I wondered if there was some kind of oil that lubricated the motor or some dumb crap.
