Can anyone here program a VIN to a new radio

I bought a factory nav/dvd stereo for my 06 chevy truck,It need to have the VIN programed to unlock it.
Getting to the dealer during the week is a real problem as i dont drive the truck to work.

A tech2 was needed,Some dealers though man,
The first one wanted me to drop it off and charge me 150
The second one did it in 3 minutes while i waited for free(I tipped him though)
