Need some speakers. one in the truck and one on the passager side but dont know what size . also if I buy some aftermarket speakers will they cause my stock radio to flicker or burn it out?

Aftermarket speakers do not cause your radio to flicker or burn out. Faulty wiring of the radio or damage to/inside the radio itself will do that. Speakers don't cause those kinds of issues...even blown ones.
