If you mean "is the TCS switch a momentary switch?" then the answer is yes - it's a single-pole single-throw (SPST) momentary switch.

The TCS swtich in my 1996 LT1 has, at the circuit board level, a (4) contact momentary pushbutton. In the past I've wanted to replace and relocate the switch with something smaller than the original module which utilizes a 2.5"x3.5" bezel to center a .5" tactile button. Which is an incredible waste of space.

Anyone know how to acheive this mod?

You can use any SPST momentary pushbutton switch that you like. All you have to do is wire your switch so that the brown with white wire is grounded when you press the button (the black with white wire in the factory switch harness goes directly to ground). All the other wires are there for the night illumination and the on indicator LED (which is unnecessary since the dash has a TCS OFF idiot light).
