Portable GPS???

Anyone have a portable GPS, know anything about them? I am looking into buying a TomTom, just trying to get some feedback on it. Lemme know. Also, the best place to purchase one.

I've got a Nuvi and I freaking love it!

Personally I couldn't do without the 4.3" wide screen.

yeah, I have been doing some reading on the Nuvi 350, I think that I am leaning towards that one, even though its a bit more expensive.......

I've had a Nuvi 350 for about a 1.5 years, it's a great GPS that has never let me down. If you think it's expensive now I paid around $800 for it when it was first introduced, it's cheap as hell now

I've seen them on sale at Walmart and Target for $350-$400.

The "Text-to-speech feature" is something you do want that the 350 has, most of the cheaper GPS's don't have it.

i have a nextar works great and i was able to mount it where the traction contol switch was . all you see is the screen no buttons it looks pretty cool

Can someone tell me what the main differences are between the Nuvi and Street Pilot series of Garmin GPS? I don't know anything about them so I'm trying to do a little research before buying one. Someone at work has a Street Pilot C340 for sale.
