Default HELP w/ shift light

ok installed a raptor shift light in my car seemed fairly simple power ,ground and tach feed. I read that the it should be connected to the #10 pin(white) which i did. Now it gets power , it lights up and tells me what rmps its set at and how many cylinders its set for but when it gets to the shift point the lights dont come on. Any ideas ,help would be a greatly appreciated.

thanx

Do you have the cylinder switch set correctly? You do NOT set it to 8 on the Raptor, you set it to 4.

Also, double check here:

http://www.raptorperformance.com/Chevrolet/camaro.htm

to make sure you connected to the correct wire.

Glad I could help! I installed my Raptor about a month ago and the cylinder switch was all I could come up with as being your problem...and yes, it struck me as odd that it was supposed to be set it to 4 too.
