Re: vol ***?? Are you talking about the stock Monsoon radio? If so, it is probably the potentionometer (vol ****) getting dirty from use/time. I don't think there is much you can do about it, because I would think that it is sealed. It would not be a big deal to replace the stock radio with an aftermarket deck and a PAC SWX to retain your steering wheel controls. An aftermarket radio would also be a step up in quality, not to mention cheaper than buying another monsoon deck from the dealer.
