found a radar dectector how good is it?

I was cleaning out my uncles garage and came upon a Uniden Stalker radar detector model: LRD 9000W he said I could have it for free.

Has anyone used this type before? How good is it?

their going for around 15 or 20 bucks on ebay, so i wouldnt think it would be that good. definitely dont count on it

All I can say is:

Delete radar detector = no more tickets. When I get pulled over I usually just apologize and hope for the best, and it usually works. All detectors do is **** off the police when you get pulled over.

ive been pulled over at least 20 times, and i haven't recieved a ticket yet (knock on wood) all i do is apologize and they let me go with maybe just a warning, but usually they just ask about my car
