Car wont start with key
Car wont start with key So my remote start worked fine for years then I had a light bulb on the fron corner marker go bad. Fixed it then my car wont start with the key only with the remte start. I have been trying to fix this for some time now. I have tapped into the starter relay under the hood. The car will turn over then run for 1 second then shut off with the key in the on/run position. So sounds like a security prob. I can push the remote start button with the starter wire from the brain unhooked and activate the relay under the hood by hand and the car will start and run. I have unhooked the remote start and alarm and Paskey transpoder from the car and it still wont start with the key. I have tried both keys that I have. I am getting 12v on my yellow starter wire when the key is turned to the start pos but nothing happens. Any one have any ideas?????? Please help
