Default mid-bass questions

is there anything that you could just drop in the sail panels of a trans am and get notically more bass without replacing the factory amp?

Nothing that will drop right in but you can use the eD 7kv.2 6.5" subs there. They are DVC just like the factory ones but have better sound. However, they require a spacer for mounting because they are deeper than stock. They won't really give you more bass (only an added sub and/or more amplification can do that) but they will give you deeper and crisper bass. It's a noticeable difference and quite an improvement over the stock subs.

what a good sub for the air space avalible in a stealth box? Ive always built the box to the sub, never picked a sub for the box.

look in the sig of username 'dragonrage' on this board... he has some good, baseline info.

Ian of KEE AUDIO carries some CDT stuff that works well also.
