I don't have the same Indash you have but I've got the Pioneer Avic N2 Indash. In my last T/A the hideaway unit (brain) was stored in the little area under the glove box that can be accessed by removing two screws. In my current T/A since the cored from the hideaway unit was long enough, the hideaway was placed in the back in slightly above and to the left of where the oem jack is placed. There's more than enough room for the hideaway unit to be placed there additionally, if someone wanted to steal your Indash setup they'd be there for a long *** time trying to remove everything.

Awsome thanks alot man, another thing how did you run your power wire from the battery to the back is there a safe spot to drill in the fire wall right now its kinda ghetto and I ran it around the passenger door henge area. I dont want to accendtly drill through some AC condencers or anything.

thanks for the help Jim

Use the factory grommet below the PCM on the right side of the firewall. It's plenty big enough to pull additional cables through (no drilling necessary).

BTW, the A/C condensor is in front of the radiator - the evaporator is by the firewall.

+1

You might actually be able to see the grommet slightly to the left of the PCM and might actually be able to reach it without having to takeout the PCM (if you have small enough hands). I'm running a 4 gauge power wire and there is still alot of room left to pull additional cables without having to drill anything.
