Angry Windows barely work.

Well its been an ongoing problem for a while. Ive just been ignoring as it got worse and worse. Its just something I wanted to avoid because I think its gonna be a PITA to fix.
I remember reading a thread or sticky or something about there being a passenger side window motor rewiring kit, but I know I couldnt install it and taking somewhere to be fixed is probably gonna cost a lot of money.
So, Is there any other things you guys have tried? Greasing things or whatever? My car is a 2000 so I guess the window motors probably have seen better days. But its BOTH of my windows. it takes me about 5 min to get themn both up from all the way down. They inch up little by little. Its really bad when I have to go through a drive through at the bank or if I'm picking up fast food and almost the whole way home I'm fighting with the windows.
Has greasing the tracks and what not helped any of you? That's basically what I'm saying here.

Greasing does NOT work at all
i did it to my bird and it helped for a week but left a nasty slime on the window
and once it wore off the problem was back again

changing the window motor is not bad at all
follow this write up
http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html

i found an easier way to support the window.. here is a pic i took

you can get motors at discount auto for 50 bucks with a lifetime warranty..

the first one may take you awhile, but they are a breeze after that.. ive done 5 or so, my two and a few for other people.. i actually have a Tupperware container with everything i need in it lol

hope this helps
