Daytime Running Lights I'm putting the 10k resistor in place of the sensor and I was looking at resistors and there are a bunch of different watts. How many watts should I get in the resistor?

No resistor is necessary (or even desireable). Just connect the two sensor wires together... zero resistance = bright daylight = no automatic headlights. A really easy way to do that is to crimp a scotchlock connector over the two wires.
BTW, we're talking about automatic headlights...DRLs are the amber lights in front and it takes a different mod to disable them.
