Default does anyone make a bracket so you can use a double din headunit/screen?

well my question say it all

but the reason I am asking is because my pioneer 7800mp is having issues and crutchfield is going to give me a store credit for it. I owe all this to phil jones at crutchfield, no one else there cared, even though it was already repaired once four months ago. But anyways, I would like to consider a navigation/DVD player if such a bracket exist.
