How hard to swap headlamp motors on a 00 WS6?

How hard to swap headlamp motors on a 00 WS6? My 00 Ws6's Rt headlamp motor just gave out and I has to manually crank up the light for night driving. I bought a brand new one from my dealer and I am curious if anyone has some easy to follow install directions.

Crank the headlight door up manually.
Remove the black plastic shroud around the headlights. And i think there are 3 bolts that hold the motor in place and then just the nut that holds the arm onto the motor spindle. I forget how it unpluged though.
2 things. My headlight door's arm was stuck pretty tightly to the motor spindle.
When you put the bolts back in to hold the motor on make sure you put them back in the way they came out otherwise the arms might hit one of the bolts.(did that myself....oopsie!)
