Default stereo buzz?

I just bought an '02 Z28 M6. There's a buzzing sound that changes pitch with rpm. It sounds like a typical radio buzz when there's a grounding problem, but it does it even when the radio is off. Any body else have this problem or have any suggestions?

I'd say check the antenna coonection and the ground. But that's weird that it does it even when the radio is off.

I have an intermittant buzz when using electrical accessories (windows, locks, blower motor for A/C). I've been noticing there are quite a few '02's with this problem. I liken it to a bad ground somewhere but have been unable to pinpoint it as of yet.
