Default wiring cooling fans

Can someone please link or explain to me in detail what needs to be done so I can set up a remote switch for both my fans to cool between runs? I just need diagrams or explantion on which wires to tap into etc....im not very good with electrical.... i saw a link once on here about just splicing into two wires and not touching any relays or anything like that but now i cant find it. thanks a ton for the advise...id like to get this done by tonight.

btw i dont care if the ses light is on.....just want my car cool. I know people have done this with just a wire and toggle switch. I know the fans are h&j wires. I just need to know what wires run where from the 3 points on the switch.
