Music's Fuzzy Sounding

Music's Fuzzy Sounding the music is kinda fuzzy sounding like the speaker might be blown. i have jl speakers all around and theres no way that i blew them... i hope. they are 6.5" tr650-cxi. i have them in the doors and the back seats. my HU is a pioneer DEH-p4900IB. the only thing wire to my amp is the sub. (sounds fine). the highest the volume can go is 56 and i dont bring it over 40. what could be my problem?
