blown speaker

Ok guys i am not a big stereo guy and i have the usual stuff,
Alpine deck
Memphis amp 350watt i think
10' Kicker sub in the driverside
the rest is factory monsoon stuff

i blew a speaker in he car i think its the middle speaker
what size are they and what is a good replacement that can use the factory wiring i dont want to rewire the whole car for some speakers

also willing to change the rear panel speakers while we are in there but what size fits without major work

i welcome your advice
