Next step is to run a hose from the port that we rotated on the passenger side valve cover to the black, or dirty side of the catch can. Then run a line from the silver clean side to an available port on the intake manifold after the throttle blade.

Next step was to find a place to mount the can. MightyMouse lets you select which type you want to use for a mount, I elected the universal mount because I didn't think i would have room on the head. I mounted mine to the firewall behind the passenger side head.

I pulled the passenger side valve cover off and used a long screwdriver to rotate the outlet 180 degrees so it points straight back instead of forward. This way I don't have to make a 180 with my hose to head back to the can that I mounted on the firewall.

I installed a short pod breather filter on the back of the driverside valve cover for my fresh air into the system. You can do it this way or run a line from the intake side of your air filter.

I am using an early 04 Lq4 which has one port on each valve cover. It is also important to note that I do not have an LS6 valley cover.

A little more tuning tomorrow and she will be ready for the dyno on Tuesday to see what kind of numbers it will make on low, low boost.

Decided to redo my fuel line direction and run it up the drivers side of the car to keep it from having to cross the downpipe. Steel to an conversions.

Smoke after the initial burn off run. Fired right up and idles really rough. Eventually got it to idle down and could take it around the block. I then put about 150 miles on it. Seemed like all was well.

Motor running to out of the car in 1 hour and 20 minutes alone... probably not a bragging statistic... means I've had to do it too many times.
