Head off, used piston with my rings in the hole because there was not cylinder/crank damage. Replaced all the rod bearings. Re used the rod bolts because my motor makes peak power at 5900 rpm so I don't have a reason to go over 6500 and brake a rod.

While it was apart I made my own bead roller for the coldside pipes with and old set of wire crimpers. worked like a charm.

All back together. Went ahead and had LS2LOS remote tune it. It's running pretty good. Made some WOT pulls, getting the fueling right. My fuel pump duty cycle is at 102% so I'm replacing my stock LS1 fuel pump with a Walbro 450. Then back to the tuning to get it to run better on the big end.

Cleaned up pretty well. I like that I did a battery relocate to the drivers side fender to offset the weight of the turbo.
