My camera died at this point, but this is the general idea.

There is a ton of wiring that goes with the A/C, but it's all labeled and pretty much idiot proof.

I drilled the necessary holes and got the motor mounts bolted in.

Measure once, drill four times? This actually worked out really well.

Test fit looks good. I hate doing A/C stuff, but I think this is going to work out ok. Despite liking the look of aluminum I'll probably just paint this piece black before I finalize this stuff.

A strong magnet on a stick is invaluable when trying to put the bolts on the nuts inside the frame.

This is the Essex or Sussex or something like that. Has some extra insulation on the bottom.

Carpet should be plenty big once it settles a bit. Seems to cover the hump no problem.

Power window kits. Should be easy enough to set up some relay and keep my illuminated switches.

The seats are cloth but are in great shape, at least they were until I got them dirty. Will just leave them like this at least until the back-sweat-summer here in FL is over. The have the inflatable lumbar bladders which is pretty cool.

The same pan, packaged with the $31 filter and sold for over $200. 5 minutes of searching LS1tech saves $140.

The new seats, which until I got them sandy were in great shape. They have inflatable lumbar bladders and will apparently fit on Recaro brackets. Not bad for $150

4WD 6L80 that I used as a core, will hopefully be picking up 2WD version that is being built in the next few days.

Shiftworks make a kit that lets you use an original-style shifter with the 6L80. I already have that cable from when I ran their 200-R4 kit, so that saves $90 or so.
