Oil pressure shot up in just a revolution or two of the motor once my Fitech complete reflash allowed my fuel injectors to receive a gnd signal... the new motor fired off in like 1 engine revolution - wowza - u can certainly tell the computer immediately begins to do its “Math” to learn.

Tomorrow morning I’ll do another full warm up session and try to properly bleed water/wetter... instead of puke it all out via massive air bubbles by leaving expansion pressure cap on —— oops...

Creative process - think - measure - buy - drill - finagle... my daughter actually did the entire mock up and ensured the gauges were within a smart field of vision for the driver.

It was great fun customizing these SpeedHut gauges. They allow you to fully select each facet of you gauge... so I did - and used an SCCA discount code and only paid like $165 shipped for both custom gauges... well that’s a no brainer!!! #MUL8NO1

No, the gauges are not slanted - they are bubble level, the fabricated dash panel has now been painted (with blk chalkboard paint... so I can write notes to myself... or have kids wish daddy luck) - pics of that soon.

The seals need time breathing and heat and more to take OE shape - but for now, I have to clean and install what I had

3 sets = 12 new Conti’s On a pallet... heavily discounted end-of-year sale... Internet isn’t totally forthcoming on actual sizings so I just committed to my own research. 1. 225 45 18 set 2. 265 640 18 set 3. 305 640 18 set The Porsche GT4 race teams use 18x9 front wheels and 18x10 rear wheels and use a staffer set up of 265/305 respectively.

The 305 installed and fits with my added metal graphed-in 330 fenders in rear... on my 18x10’s... which the Pro Porsche teams claim is acceptable for rear of their GT4’s - and Hoosier made tires and cleared then to work properly - other race teams run this size on a 12” rim...

The 225 45 18 is cheating and is real close to 10” wide... close enough where I opted to use the 225 width up front on 18x9’s and use the 265’s in back on the 18x10’s... the width differences btwn 265 and 305 both on the 10” wide rear rim was not sooooooo much wider that I had to have it... so I have Qty: 04 305 new slicks stacked in a hot water tank closet - Yes, for sale (unadvertised)

I added a nice big tarp over this rack and have a thermostat controlled space heater keeping all tire warm and not frozen. And even a small rack shelf space for temporary placing ‘stuff’ there!!!
