What is more impressive about this car’s ability to cross 400 meters is the car’s ability to do it without a functioning second gear. That’s right, the transmission’s second gear is inoperable.
The first run filmed is the fastest of the video, with a quarter-mile time of 9.15 seconds. Any way you slice it, that’s pretty quick. But adding a S475 turbo to a big V8 is a great way to make stupid amounts of power. And stupid amounts of power is how you get awesome quarter-mile times.
