Default 5.3 in the 10s

my buddies camaro went 10.9 @ 123 mph
stock gen III 5.3 on stock 799 heads milled .030"
4l60
crappy 4000 Dacco stall
238/240 111 LSA cam, off the shelf grind from comp
1 7/8" longtube pacesetter headers
LS6 intake manifold
no front sway bar
stock rear 7.5 and stock 2.73 gears
stock suspension all around
stock fuel pump and stock fuel injectors
150 wet shot nitrous on a nozzle
on a br8 plug, 17 degrees of timing shifting at 7000 rpms.
28" tire Hoosier

didn't get to up the timing as we were happy with the time. First time out in the vid.

Will probably come back for a 125 mph pass. Will also probably try to get more ponies out of it in the dyno.

DA was 1400+

1 month ago the car was a shell with faded paint, 1 month later and about 1200 dollars in, car is running damn good and looks good

car is a daily driver and has a 418 and QP 9 inch waiting,

heres the video and slip:

Car ran again trapped a 125 mph with a nitrous outlet plate. Once again a 10.9 91 degrees fahrenheit out da was 1500. Car squats too much on stock shocks, the look on peoples face is hilarious when they hear its a 5.3 since its so quiet lol.

Car also had 2 gallons of c16, timing was at 19 degrees. Seems it liked the timing.
