How do I fix code p0441-- Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
I have this code p0441, incorrect purge flow.
How do I attack the problem? What's wrong, etc. Oh and I did a search, but nothing concrete.

Or someone decided to flip the lines around lol Naw, I doubt it's that, but that's what popped into my head when I read the "Incorrect purge flow"
and now a "Spaceballs" quote comes to mind: "She's gone from suck, to blow!"

I had the same code. I replaced the EVAP solenoid on the passenger side of the intake manifold, and the EVAP valve at the canister behind the rear driver wheel tucked under/behind the wheel well. Problem solved.

I'm in the same boat with P0441 and have located and removed the EVAP solenoid on the manifold. What does the one in the rear look like? I'd like to just do both and be done with it. Thanks in advance.

I wonder if a bad cat cpould contribute to this- both of mine were recently replaced and then I got the P0441 abpout 70 miles later. Guess I'm not meant to have this car legal and inspected.
Is there a map that could be purchased and loaded that would just tell NY state that the car is happy so you can pass?

After looking in the service manuals I have, you have to raise the rear, take the rear driver's side wheel off and then you have access to the other purge valve.

Yes #9 (Solenoid) is located under the hood on the pass side I believe and #6 is the Purge Valve and this is located above the charcoal canister in the driverside rear wheel well. Get under the car and you will notice that on the driverside at the rear of the tire there is an access hatch or plastic flap that comes out and under this is the canister. If you are having this problem and you have bits of charcoal in the line replace the canister. Pretty straight forward and the hardest part is getting the old one out as it has a funky clamp holding it to the inner wheel well. Good luck.
FYI - You had them reversed in your diagram (I believe?)

The other one is in the wheelwell, driver's side rear. You have to jack the car up, remove the wheel and fender liner to get to it. I left mine alone, as I can't find anything under P0441 that relates to the rear one. Maybe I'll mess with it over the winter when it's in the garage and I'm bored.
