Getting quicker SI: 11.84 @ 113.64
I finally managed to get a couple decent passes in tonight since the TCI3500 to Yank PT4000 swap.
Previous best was 11.96 @ 112.42 1.642 60'
First pass, forgot to open the cutout, doh!
60' - 1.634
1/8 - 7.544
MPH - 90.29
1/4 - 11.889
MPH - 113.13
Second pass, opened the cutout, but spun slightly:
60' - 1.641
1/8 - 7.522
MPH - 90.57
1/4 - 11.84
MPH - 113.64
The next 2 passes got progressively worse as the track went away due to the hundreds of street tire cars. Spun pretty bad.
I've got a SSRA on the way, we'll see if I get eek onto the SI list and maybe see some 115 traps next time.

I'm going for the list on Sunday. My preliminary 1/8 results are looking good. I ran a 7.571@89.74 with a 1.684 60' having to roll into the throttle to keep from spinning.
I'm gonna bring the DRs with me on Sunday, so hooking shouldn't be a problem. Not to mention this track should be better than the 1/8 that I ran on last weekend.
How we're you launching your PT4000? I've heard some conflicting stories about stalling and flashing. What worked best for you?

What seems to work for me with my VERY limited practice time is holding the RPMs at maybe 1500 or so and flashing the converter. It hits hard, I'm not hooking well though.

Weight reduction (pretty much anything that I could take off and would be unnoticeable) Raceweight is around 3480 or more depending on how much gas I have. I weigh 210 lbs.
15x3.5 and 15x10 draglites with 295/50/15 radials (borrowed)
Gonna try my 17x9 WS6 wheels with drag radials to see if I can hook. So far the road are still wet this morning. May have to wait til next week end to try for the list.

Well the rained stopped just in time today. https://ls1tech.com/forums/11-second...manifolds.html
Didn't get on the SI list, but I'm gonna lose some weight try again next week.
