So close....do 1/8th miles count?
Well first off I would like to thank my 10-bolt for not grenading on me on some really hard launches. My car has stock suspension, bolt-ons and cam, SPEC 3 clutch, richmond 4.10s and a torsen diff. No weight reduction at all. Now here is the good stuff:
I was launching at 4-5K and letting the clutch out easy trying to preload the suspension/drivetrain as much as possible to reduce the shock of the hard launch. BFG dr's were at 25 psi so they would spin just a little outta the hole instead of dead hook. Here are my best two passes. I screwed up a shift on top end of the 1/8th mile pass otherwise I'd have my 11.....maybe next time.
Best 1/4 mile:
60'------1.81
1/8th----7.79 @ 91.5
1/4------12.06 @ 115.8
Best 1/8th:
60'------1.76
1/8th----7.68 @ 91.5
Dang good for a cam-only M6 on a 10-bolt I thought! Check out a pic of the launch:

The 7.68 was pretty much a certain 11. I went 12.06 when I ran a 7.79 1/8th. But I guess it leaves me something to look forward to the next time at the track!

Update: Ran it again last night.
The air was great, but it the track was only open at night (LMP- Sealy, TX) so the track surface was freaking cold. The old BFG DR's just weren't quite enough tire for such a cold track and I spun hard of the line. I only made 4 passes. My trap speed went through the roof (cam only car, full weight), but I since I couldn't 60' like before I'm still barely in the 12's. I was really impressed by the trap speed though.
Best pass: 12.03 @ 119.36 - 1.94 60'

I don't know what the DA was, but it was about 70 degrees and during the day for that first trip. The last trip it was at night and probably somewhere in the 40's.
