Finally made it
Went to track last night ran first ever 11 second pass. The car went 11.52 @117. It's funny how dyno numbers mean nothing when it comes to the track. The car put less than 400 HP to the ground yet it runs mid 11's. It's all in the setup. The car is full weight, N/A,stock bottom end,and stock 273 gears. All on a budget TSP and Ebay build. Need some work on launching, the Mickey Thompson DR's don't respond well to leaving a 4K. Maybe a gear and the gas then we can see some mid to high 10's. Sure was fun not being the slowest one at the track.

It is all in the set up my 02 SS A4 has 320rwhp and runs 11.88@113 1.63 60ft w/ just bolt-on's and only weight reduction is no front sway bar and Pro Stars.A lot of people build a motor and leave the rest of the car stock and wonder why there 425rwhp car car only run 13's.

Congrats on hitting the 11.xx's! Feels great I am sure! And yes, the setup makes the car, no doubt! Not a shocking time though.....this is a head/cam C5 guys.
Work on that launch and get at least 3.73's. That should put you comfortably in the 10 range! Good luck. Very nice car.

Congrats on the times, but honestly dyno numbers do mean something. I would be disappointed if my head / cam corvette didn't trap over 120. I'm not trying to be an *** or anything but it traps low for the setup, which was indicated by the power it made on the dyno. 95 mph in the 1/8th is pretty strong, im surprised you didn't go a little quicker.
