Ran a 7.414 in the 1/8. Hope to take it to a 1/4 track soon

I cut 1.4s in a heavy 99 ss camaro with a 346 and trap 106+ in the 1/8 on motor. I have similar mods as yours but I have a set of 5.3 heads and a fast90 but no bottle. You need a decent converter and drop that 60ft so you can drop et, frame connectors alone will never gain .2 in the 1/4 unless most of it is in the 60ft which I don't see happening.

The car weighs 3380 without me and I'm 260lbs. I've trapped as high as 107. It takes time and choosing mods wisely. People talk junk about me running a 8.8 rear and a th350 but they're the reason it runs like it does without much power. The car is down 100lbs or so since the last run so it should drop et. Too many people on here without good mods and setup wondering why their car doesn't perform like mine and other faster cars.

Just because it's not spinning, doesn't mean it can't drop some time. Suspension has two functions: to plant the tires and to move the car out as efficiently as possible. Even with it dead hooking, doesn't mean it can't help to push the car forward faster.

I upgraded to a SS4000 since my last post in here and cut consistent 1.5 60's with a best of 1.550. It also dropped my best ET from 7.69 to 7.53 and picked up 1.5mph over the old ST3500.
