3 dbw or dbc: im still thinking this one... as i dont have TAC or gas pedal...
4 gutting out my wiring harness and olny keeping nessesary wires for cleaner look
5 i want to put that doner cars guage cluster,,,, no idea how i will do this?

im going to most probably do the haarness myself..... im also going to try and modify my current jeep gas pedal(its a dbw on these new jeeps) to work with a cable system... ill take pic of gas pedal within these few day...
with the wiring harness there are still few things i dont understand, what happens if i completly remove the jeep wiring harness?? will i loose all basic functions? like brake lights and wipers and head light or are those things run separetly?

Im from uae too ya i think you can gut out the stock harness but just get a wiring diagram for the donor car and the wrangler JK it will make your work much easier when your gonna connect the lights, ignition, etc , And are you gonna keep the air condition ?

A tottla of 3 or 4 depending on what style of shift switch it has
1 or 2 for the shift selector switch
1 for the VSS connector
1 big plug (the one you pictured) for the tranny control
If you're using a 2001 or newer, most likely it will only have one plug for the selector switch, I've never seen the newer trannies with the 2 plug switch. If your harness is set up for the 2 plug switch, you can sither change the plug or the switch. The switch was around $65 last time I need one, so you might be better off finding a plug

Your best bet is to remove the JK motor and mark what everything is. You most likely can reuse the JK V6 sensors for things like the oil pressure and water temp etc. To run the Stock JK gauges.
Just bolt them into the 5.3l block with adapters.
Make the 5.3L harness a standalone with its own ECM. You might have to keep the JK computers to run things Like ABS, and the stability and traction control or you will have a light on all the time.
Keep the DBW pick up a 03-06 TAC and petal assy.
The Biggest problem I see the the Jeep electronics and CANN BUSS. I have a Jeep Commander and bought wring diagrams to do a 4x4 swap on it and Jeeps are fully integrated now! And everything is sent to a control module.
So by a set of wring diagrams for the JK and for the 2004 5.3L.
The physical swap is easy its getting the JK stuff to still work with out the Jeep V6.
