are there any sponsors that sell the leather interior? or any place online? im sure many people have done the swap.

I had real leather installed in my car by a company in Atlanta...it was the first mod so to speak..I worked at a Chevy dealer and was very familar with what GM offers in the way of "leather interiors" ...... what GM passes off for leather looks like crap in a very short time..it does not wear well to say the least..now after five years my interior still loooks great....It was the best thing I ever did to this car...I paid $770 which I thought was a bargan.

what he said, for those of us that don't have the money for real leather, it's a vaible option, and a cheap one at that.I bought a set of fronts for $200, with a new drivers backrest cover, now I just need a rear set

IMO, the factory leather isn't very good quality, I swapped mine from leather to factory cloth seats.
If your going to get leather , get the good/$$$ stuff!

The cloth interior looked terrible in my Z28..kind of a gray and black zebra look and the matrerial looked like what you would find on couch in a mobil home 20 years ago..the day aftrer I bought the car it went to the leather shop...
