Default Does your paint look like this?!?

This is a 88 mustang owned by one of my very good Corvette customers, his daily driver. Cool car, heads, cam, supercharger. Anyway it was completely oxidized, like a black chalkboard.

This was a fun project, and here are some teaser pics from my camera phone: (all pics were taken under the same lighting conditions, garage closed with garage lights only)

AFTER!

more pics to come today

Ok, I finished the car up today.

The detail process for this car was actually pretty simple. Only had to use the PC.

-first pass: Menzerna IP on a Lake Country orange pad, speed 5
-second pass: Menzerna MP on a Lake Country white pad, speed 5
-wax: Meguiar's Liquid #26
-convertible top: 303 Convertible top treatment.

Final pics (and customer will send me some from his camera tomorrow that we took during the process.

Very nice! I use Menzerna as well including the glaze and FMJ. It's spendy but well worth the price.
