Pics of my Z28 I just bought...
I bought a '98 Z28 a few days ago, but I've been working a lot and haven't had the oppurtunity to wash it yet. It's supposed to rain the rest of the week and I got tired of waiting to snap a few shots, so please excuse the lack of light and the car's filthiness...
The exterior is completely stock, except for window tint. The exhaust tips are uneven, the passenger side headlight is hazy, and the side molding on the driver's side fender needs repainted. I will fix all of these issues shortly. The rear bumper also needs repainted once I can afford to.
I like the stock factory look, but I do have plans for it. As soon as I have the extra money I want to lower it, add an SS spoiler, and an SLP bowtie grille. I'm also planning to get a shorty antenna, paint the calipers red, and possibly some black or stainless rear letter fill-ins. I really want a set of chrome ZR1 rims, or 5-spoke SS rims. What is the difference anyway? I am assuming the ZR1's are wider? Rims will most likely be the first thing I do.
The car really needs a good wash and detail. I will try and get MUCH better pics when I have the chance. In the meantime, let me know what you think!

Thanks guys! I have definitely considered removing the side moldings. Yeah it makes good power, just your basic bolt-on LS1 but it's a lot of fun! And from looking at the car, you'd think it was still completely stock.
It has just under 91k miles. T-tops, leather, 6-speed, power everything

So I just removed the moldings on the driver's side, and WOW, it looks WAYYY better! Can someone recommend a good rubbing compound? There's some dirt in the paint along where the bottom of the molding was, and quick detailer didn't help. I figure I will claybar it, apply a rubbing compound, then polish it up and hopefully it'll look like new. Any suggestions?
The passenger side will have to wait until tomorrow though, because I have to go to work in a minute.
I love your Camaro, man. Definitely one of the nicest I've ever seen. I'm hoping that one day mine will look as good as yours

Here's a pic taken by the previous owner, it gives you a better idea of how nice the paint looks when it's clean...
Thanks for the comments everyone! And yes, I can assure all of you that I will take great care of the car and mod it tastefully.
Thanks man, I'm over on the westside near Hilliard
