Default Busy Workin' On The Formula... Lots of Pics!!!

Well i got my car out on Monday night from storage and since then ive been very busy at work doing some serious appearance mods! Went from a light grey cloth interior to a full graphite leather interior. While i was in there i put in my B&M Ripper shifter i got over the winter and also routed all my stereo wiring to get ready from my dvd deck and system. Also had a t/a hatch that i got from my parts car where the interior also came from. Here's a summary of pics ive collected over the past week. Enjoy

Thanks for the compliments everyone! This car has come along way since i first got it last year and to think there's not much else original going to be left on the car (In a good way though) Replacing the old and in with the new is best way to describe it.

As for the shifter hole yeah... i got a little carried away as that was the only incision i had left to do was get the hole for the shifter done and then in the trans goes and fun time begins. I just drilled a couple of holes to start off and follow up with the sawsall. Yeah it looks like **** but eh you dont see it anyways. Damn thing should have came stick from the factory LOL.

As for the shifter meh i like it the way it is im not a fan of the studdy shifters and like the old school ways of having the huge chrome hurst stick showing and the classic cue ball ****. Im sure i could lower it for a smaller throw but it does its job for time being.

I appologize for the not so nice pics with the black carpet and all the fuzzy's that were on the carpet everywhere. Once everything was in place and nothing else had to go it or be moved i then vacuumed her up nice and replaced the drivers. It cleaned up well considering the condition it was in with coffee stains all over the place. The interior came from a parts car so you can just imagine. Next on the list is get the plastic and leather treaments out and make it look even better!

Stereo wise i got a Pioneer 6.5" Dvd headunit, SPL 450rms amp, 2-10" JL W0's in a dual ported box. I wasnt plannin on putting in the system just the deck as i can stand the tape deck and well the ipod radio receiver only works half the time so it was time to go. I already had the amp and wiring kit in my basment so i figured why not use it and if I hate it just pull it out. Picked up the JL's locally and the box off another fbody guy in the area. Not looking for a super bass or competition setup... i just want a nice clean sound with some extra bass since i gotta have my tunes when im driving.

More updates to come...
