I love my white faced gauges.

CEL is because the car is starting up.

average speed and MPG are a span of 1/2 mile from the storage unit to the parking space, they started zeroed out

my feelings as well.

i think its because the title of the thread makes it seem like some background story is gonna be attached... of how you came to have these gauges, or why you shouldn't have had them... something...

but they are nice

Looks cool, I want to get white ones for my car.

To the guys complaining about this thread, where have you been the past year? I've seen more b.s. threads pop up in this section that have nothing to with appearance or detailing, let alone f-bodies.

Need we mention the burrito incident of '10?

the only thing I drew out of this thread was my new found knowledge of the holden logo showing on ignition via instrument cluster.. that's pretty awesome.

Sorry, I had copied it from another board.

Background info: Chris White, who is a sponsor on the GTO boards, made 3 of these gauge clusters about 2.5 years ago. They are brand new GM parts that he then laid on the HSV style white gauges and sold them to customers. Being only 3 made, it makes it a nice piece to have. Yes, they do have places now where they modify you existing cluster, but not a whole new cluster. I put it in the car for shows because most people just do not notice it unless they really know GTO's or ask about it. It is just one of the many subtle changes I have on my car that I know is done, but many people don't.

To this day, I still love looking at them, day or night, and realizing that I have something not many people have in their GTO.

The Holden logo was programmed in, it does not come in a stock GTO. You can literally get anything programmed in to come up on startup of the vehicle.

Looks good, I like that you have the Holden logo on there and cool story behind the gauges. Although I would have liked the gauges with or without the background info, unlike some people I guess.

I guess I can see it both ways. Just wanted to post up the pictures as not many GTO owners have seen them, much less other LSx models. Now, yes there are white backgrounds, but not "HSV style" hahaha
