you sure it's the headlights and not a fender/bumper alignment problem?

My friend had that same problem with his SS. Turned out to be his aftermarket headlights.

There's two long screws you turn. The stock ones use a torx bit to turn them and the aftermarket I believe are just a philips head screwdriver. Just adjust them to fix the gap and then when it's where you like it adjust them so they are aimed correctly.

It depends where the gap is. You might benefit from using actual shims or washers to shim the headlight. Or you can use the aiming screws to adjust the headlight... however, remember that those aiming screws are going to change where your light pattern goes.

If your hood and fenders aren't lined up perfectly then your headlights might look off.

If hood/fenders are good then the 2 long screws everyone else mentioned.

its where the bottom meets the bumper.. now my bumper is off a tad... but not enough todo how much its off.. the hood fenders are perfect and bumper is too besides the pass side you can see a slight shadow at night during the day it feels like a creditcard thickness off not enough to throw it off that bad

Not sure if this is the same on stock lights, I don't remember, but on the aftermarket projectors the bottom stud that the lights mount to and pivot on is a screw (not the left/right and up/down adjustments, just the center pivot point). Adjusting that screw pushes the bottom of the light outward and helps fill that gap, then use the adjustment screws to get the light pattern aligned.
