Cowl Removal for paint.
Ok so I'm trying to get my faded plastic cowl off to paint it but the plastic tabs are proving hard to remove.
So whats the best way to get them off? They're two parts but neither will budge and I dont want to break them.
Also what would be the best way to paint them? I'm probably going to use a gloss black or maybe a semi-gloss. What do you guys think?

i like the heatgun method cause it doesnt leave any margin for error on the prep/paint side.
it does however give ample opportunity to melt the piece.
pick your poison, itll look way better either way
