Default Whats better than getting a new TA...getting TWO!!!

Well we added two birds to the flock in the last week...a 78 TA and 98 WS6. The 78 is in very good shape with no rust. Its an original black car with gold decals and is VERY high optioned with all power and the WS6 suspension. It has a fresh 400 Pontiac (original motor) and all new interior from Year One (not installed yet.) I think this is THE car we have been looking for and we plan to keep and restore (well restomod maybe a better term) it...unless somebody else really wants it! lol

The 98 WS6 was a family member that just pasted aways. He bought it new and it has ZERO mods...it even still has the one out the left exhaust. It will probably be my new DD. Its still in probate right now so we wont be doing any mods to it until thats all over.

The orange car was too stuck up to come out and pose with them...

Two's company, three's a crowd. You should probably give me one before they start fighting.

lucky man!!! actually lucky couple, since you are both into cars.

I'm gonna try to give your '78 some competition. I'm restoring my moms '78 Z28 now, little by little. cant wait to see what you do with yours, and also the 98.

now the wait begins for all the new threads to start popping up with new mods!

Cool...I would have loved to have done a LSX swap into this car but with the fresh 400 I think we are going to stick with that. The only thing I am sure of is the 18in Honey Comb wheels from Year One are going on it...we will just build everything else around those!

We also have a 87 Formula I had been working on before getting the SOM car. Its a full suspension car with interior from a 2000 Firebird...and I have a hell of a 383 built to go in. I promised it to me nephew when he turns 16 (he's 6 now!) All it really needs is paint to be finished. Its still at my mom's in GA (I finally sold my house there!), but we are bringing it back next weekend.

As far as Birds go those are the only ones we have now but as I said we have had 33 total.

Funny thing is our DDs are Fords!

I will...its going to be a pretty long project though. I am sick that the shaker hood isnt there and I had one I let go of a few months ago for next to nothing. But other than that it is very complete and straight....here are some more pics:

Plus I have a new dash, seat covers, headliner, rear deck cover and all the plastics still in the package that came with it.

We found the build sheet for it and it was a black car with gold decals, power brakes, steering, windows and locks, upgraded seats, WS6, rear defrost and a bunch of other stuff. So it was loaded from the factory. I wish it was an SE but it WILL look like one when I am through!

And no I am not going to tell you what I got it for...you would drive down here and kick my ***!!! But I will say we were offered over 4 times what we paid for this past weekend!!!

Thank you!!!! (and yes you spelled it correctly ) Pictures don't do it justice how much better it looks now... Robbie has absolutely worked magic on it and I LOVE learning from him. When people at shows are in awe of the cars I take so much pride in letting them know that Robbie and I have done all of the work ourselves. I am SO excited about the '78!!!!!
