I'm about to get a new paint job for my SOM Z28. I'm just trying to hear some options on what orange color that I should paint my car in. Thanks in advance for the opinions.

Atomic orange off the c6 if you want to stay close to SOM.

Or SOM with some candy might look good IMO.

Atomic is nice, but my Mom has an Atomic Orange Z06 that I'm buying off her when her lease is up. I can't have two Atomic Orange cars. I'll do some research on that Candy Tangerine. What car is that color on?

Very similar to SOM with enough change to notice the difference.. I think it's ideal for what you are looking for.

I think that tangerine candy in your link looks nice. From the pictures, it looks very similar to Atomic Orange. If I didn't have an Atomic Orange Z06 in my future, then YES I would definitely have my car painted to that tangerine orange color.

I think what I'll end up doing is keeping my SOM color, but having it enhanced with a silver basecoat and two coats of SOM instead of one. I think this change will be mindblowing, yet subtle.

I'd do it in a Kandy Tangerine IMO. The brilliance and the depth of the candy is beautiful.

house of kolors candy tangerine i painted my 99 mustang gt with it i two toned mine black on top the a 1 inch cortez silver stripe and then the orange to the bottom i got so looks awesome from people oh forgot that cortez silver is the base coat for the kandy tangerine
with chrome rims it looks super nice..

Did you look at the Inferno Orange on the new Camaros. I have a friend with one and it looks nice in the sun!
