Default Need YOUR advice on wheels/stripes

I've narrowed down my wheels search to two: Fikse FM/5 High Polished, or the HRE 547 Anodized black with the the polished lip. I've also been thinking about some blackbird stripes and/or some 35th CE door stripes. I've amaturishly photoshoped these on 3 different pictures on my webshots. They are the last three pics under the WS6 folder:

Let me know which combo you think is best on my SOM. Thanks a ton!

Fikses no doubt!

Keep the stripes off. I dont like those black wheels either. Maybe if they were all polished then it would be a toss up. But those Fikses look great.

I'd say go with the HRE's but get polished instead of black. Just doesn't look right on SOM in my opinion. I have black rims on my car so I normaly like them. Blackbird stripes look great on any WS6, can't hurt. Get in touch with Shawn at www.fourthcircledesigns.com and he can hook you up with a set for a good price.

I emailed Shawn about the blackbirds and he said that he is still working on them. I think I'll probably go with the Fikse wheels.

I actually thought the Simmons' wheels looked nice. Also, I like the blackbird stripes on the SOM! It's hard to get anything to go with that color, I bet it would look sharp.

Those are pretty nice looking. I also really like the H-strips that zbaron sells.

Fikse or HRE are great.. but get polished

You might want to look at these also.. I heard they are doing a great GP on them..

Polished wheels, no stripes.

Black 547s would be cool, but for the price of HREs, polished or chrome is a must to display them IMO. If you can get in on that iForged GP that Steve posted a link to, get some 18" Aeros in full polish, that would look very

He's going to give me a pretty good deal on the Fikse, though.

Just ordered a set of full polished FM/5s. Should get them in 3 weeks or so. Can't wait! Decided against the decals. I may paint some blackbird type stripes on the hood in the future but for now, I'll just be happy with my new wheels. Thanks for all the input!
