How straightforward is cutting the shift lever lower so that I can put on a trailblazer shifter and have it look normal?

Do ya have a die-grinder, or Dremel tool?
1" is usually the max cut length.
There's a thread around here that shows step-by-step.
But I'd have to 'search' to find it too, ...

Actually i did search. It's remarkable how people assume that out of hundreds of thousands of posts withe the same keywords that whatever you are looking got will magically pop up....

Thanks. I appreciate it. I did do a search but I got anlot of different unrelated threads.
