Got my SSpoiler
I got my spoiler from thespoilercompany Friday, and got it installed yesterday. Fits great! I did have to remove the foam from the sides, and then the back sat to low so I put the foam back on behind the rear bolts and now it's almost perfict.dum
I did not drill holes for the center pieces, and left the foam on those. They sit on the hatch very lightly. I think I'm gonna get some 3M tape for those. Anyone else tried this? Or just left them unattached?
And the unfortunate part. I oredered it prepainted, and the paint itself is nice. The color is pretty noticably off. I emailed them, I assume I'll hear back Monday.dum
Pics!
And the color difference

It's tough to get Sebring Silver to match perfect, especially with that large of a part. That's why I've been waiting to get my spoiler repainted, I don't want to have to get it blended into the fenders, like you might have to do if you want it to match. New paint and old paint are difficult to match exactly perfect. My SLP SS grille and my CME valance are slightly a different silver than my car, but they're close.
The spoiler still looks good though. Not much the company can do about the paint not matching exactly though...that's expected, especially with older cars like ours.

Thanks guys, I hear ya on the color. The shop that paired my hood and tailpanel were affraid of the match, but those turnedout almost perfict. They did mention that silver is one of the hardest to match.
I'm pretty sure they are a non-sponsor so i cannot discuss their pricing. I will say it was very reasonable. Correct me if they are a sponsor, and I'll post the pricing.

i would def use 3m double sided tape on the center mount points mine had it on there too when i pulled it off.. if anything the tape will cushion it and help with vibration if you have any from a cam or anything

I got the exact same spoiler I had the same problems. when the body shop painted mine it ended up being really wavy so they repainted it and we found out it was the fiberglass that was wavy and the body work wasnt worth it. aso my center posts didnt get any where near to touching. but overall i ike it.

Since price isn't a problem. The spoiler was $170 shipped and the option for paint was an extra $80. $250 for a new spoiler painted and shipped to my door is a damn good deal!
Overall I'm happy with it, if they do something to help me on the color difference I'll just take that as a bonus.

I had there spoiler on my 02 Z28. My color seemed to match pretty well, but like mentioned before. Its new paint on the spoiler vs old paint on the rest of the car. So there's gonna be some differences.

I guess I'd take good fitment over a perfict paint match. I did have to oval out the third brake light mounting holes to get it to sit back into the spoiler, so it sits almost flush.
George did email me today. Hopefully he gives me good news, they seem to have very good customer service.
